  Stayed one night left the next morning for work, realized I left my bank envelope on the night stand had 500$ in it called the hotel let them know I left it and would return for it, guy from the front desk wasn’t really itching to look for it and thy said they threw it out I went and looked in their dumpster no envelope at all I do say some of the lady’s helped an I was glad but still nothing so fare warning do not leave your stuff the hotel will lie an say thy don’t have it and make you go around looking dumb please note if you have the guy that I talked to at the front he is rude and got smart and wasn’t worried about my needs a paying customer

  Check in was fine but they were unable to make keys at the time so the desk clerk had to let me into my room for the night and never received a key. Arrived at my room to be placed right next to where they had severe water damage with noisy fans running all night. Towels in the bathroom some that appear to have not been washed but placed for use anyway. Upon Leaving the next morning walking to the lobby I was greeted by two cockroaches that quickly ran for cover!! Certainly will not be going back to this place again.

  Room was not clean when I checked in. Door to the room does not close right and has to be picked up and pulled to close it. Shower looks like it's been through a war. Has mold on the bottom right side. Breakfast was Luke warm at best. No kids for the coffee cups. My guess is that they were short handed cause of this is the norm, oh boy. Location is not bad. Fitness center had no towels or anything to clean the equipment.

  One of the worst IHGs I've been in ever. Bedsheets were dirty and looks like they werent changed from previous. stains and even dried blood on it. carpet on some areas sticky, furniture sticky. the doorknobs were sticky, ac wasnt clean. no milk or yoghurt in the morning anymore after 8.40am. i asked and the answer was no were out. not what i expected from ohg and i travel a lot within your hotels.

  I had to go to this hotel for back to back weeks. My first visit was horrible. My room had bedbugs and I actually had bite marks on me. I informed the front desk they told me to talk to the general manager. I was leaving and never saw him. So I called to talk to him between my second stay trying to voice my complaint but he never called me back. So my company had already booked me there for a other few days the next week. When I get there the General Manager was there so I talked to him about the situation and concerns I had. He told me sorry to hear that and since my company booked through a third party there is nothing he can do for me to compensate what happen on my previous stay. I was more shocked that he was so nonchalant about the situation like it was normal to have bedbugs in your hotel. Not to mention their foors are nasty, they don't vacuum them daily. The room floors are nasty I dare not stand on they barefoot. I told my company to never book me there again.
