  The shower was not clean; the glass was so cloudy with lime buildup that you almost couldn’t see through. Shower pan was dirty. The breakfast options were slim; granola in the raisin bran holder, nothing in middle dispenser, and Cheerios in the special k dispenser. Oatmeal was tepid and thick with clumps. No boiled eggs in fridge. Sausage was cold. This hotel was the 3rd stop on a trip and the worse of the 3 holiday inns. And the most expensive.

  A hotel with seven cars in the parking lot somehow had “no clean rooms.” Make it make sense. I waited 30 minutes in line, got told my room wasn’t ready, went to the back of the line like it was Disney World, waited another 20 minutes. When I finally got into the room? Cracked tile, a water leak, and a broken lock on the adjoining room door. And to top it off, the lady at the front desk had an awful attitude. 10/10 would not recommend.

  This is the worst check in experience ever. We, along with many others, arrived 7 minutes early but was told we cannot check in until time. When the SEVEN WHOLE minutes passed and it was time for check in we all lined up to get our rooms and were told we still could not check in and she has no clue when we will be able too. When asked if they would even have a room for us tonight, she said “I’m sure at some point.” When asked if they never get a room what happens she said they don’t refund due to their “cancellation” policy even though they are the ones that don’t have rooms for people who have been booked online for weeks. The lady also had a bad attitude problem. This along with the 40 other people crammed in the lobby that this was happening to, was very frustrating and a horrible experience. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!! That is from me and the 35 other people curling their hair and doing their make up in the lobby right now.

  Deeeezaster. Filthy bathroom, non working bathroom light. Orange juice empty. Coffee station dirty. TV showing FOUR channels. Complained to front desk, no bill adjustment. Avoid at all costs. $145. Total ripoff.

  We came to Dothan to visit my aunt who Iis terminally ill. Decided to stay at the Holiday Inn express against our recent experiences with IHG. I really wish we had just stayed with Choice. In less than 24 hours we had to change rooms 3 different times. Our 1st room 201 the cable didn't work our second room 208 the cable didn't work the sheets hadn't been changed the closest had no doors and the walls were patched. finally after midnight we were moved to a room that was decent room 108. We will never stay there again. My husband travels for work and said it's most of the holiday inns. Did u mention that we took a break came bk to pur roo. To freshen up I heard a knock at the door I was in the bathroom and was going to go to the front desk when I was finished and was also talking to my family on the phone when I overheard the women asking if she could just come in our room... WHAT... so I went to the front desk and ask why they wouldn't ring the room or call the person that's listed ... SMH... other than all that Dothan is a nice place I will just not stay here again it was added stress for sure. IHG WHATS GOING ON WITH YOUR CHAIN???
