  This is a quiet, clean hotel that is away from the hustle and bustle. The staff was very nice and accommodating.

  We arrived 12/26 for an overnight stay due to unexpected reasons and when I fist walked in Amy was at the desk. Right off the back she makes you feel welcome and like you mean something. She’s very pleasant an very kind with a good don to earth personality. She texted us a little after arrival to see if we needed anything extra brought to our room. Out of all of the Holiday inns I’ve stayed at we’ve never had such an amazing experience. All of the staff was super helpful and super friendly. I highly recommend this hotel to anybody staying here and I hope yall get to meet ms Amy. Because she is an absolute angel. THANK YOU AMY!!!!!

  Rooms were terrible, lot of noise from mini fridge, fans and vents, no hot water for shower, linens needed to be replaced and outlets were hit and miss on if they worked.

  Let me start by saying that I hate to write reviews, but felt like a negative review was necessary so others are warned. Bottom line up front...the hotel manager does not care about you or your stay, so you'd better hope everything is as expected. More below. This was the worst experience I've ever had with a hotel. As others have stated recently, our room was not ready...at 5pm! There was a long line in the lobby and we waited about 45 mins only to be told to come back later. The rep behind the desk was solo and clearly new or untrained as she struggled with each guest...I felt bad for her. When we came back later, she had trouble checking me in as I had booked through a 3rd party and she didn't know what to do. After 20 mins and a phone call to someone, she finally took my credit card, checked me in, and gave me my room key. Then she told me that the elevators were out. Ok, fine, glad we were on the second floor. The room was clean enough but clearly had a lot of wear and tear. The remote control didn't work unless you were right next to the TV, the shade on the lamp bulb was missing, and the shower was incredibly stained and not cleaned very well. But the beds were comfortable. All minor in the grand scheme of things. The breakfast was decent the next morning. Here comes the main reason for my review...the hotel charged my credit card for the stay even though I had already paid through the 3rd party. The credit card provided at check in was only for damage or incidentals of which there were none...the rep just didn't know how to process my reservation. Anyways, when I saw the charge post on my credit card, I immediately contacted the hotel and was told that the manager, Mr. Mike would call me back. Then I called back 7 more times over 2 weeks. I was given Mr. Mike's number and called and texted him...no response. I filed a dispute with the 3rd party and they could never get a call back from Mr. Mike. I filed with IHG and they could never get it resolved with Mr. Mike. After 3 weeks of trying, I just had to dispute with my credit card. Thankfully my credit card company took care of me because this hotel surely wouldn't. I don't understand how Mr. Mike has time to respond to these very valid negative reviews, but not respond to a guest with a mischarge...they literally took money from my credit card and didn't want to give it back. Wholly unacceptable. I would highly encourage you to consider a different hotel or just hope you don't have any issues.

  The bad reviews this hotel recently received are b.s. The place is run by professionals and they are very friendly. The sweet young lady that checked me in, has a great Georgia accent and makes me want to stay here again. 12/4/2025
