Every time I went outside I found the front desk clerk sitting down watching TV and not at the front desk. Pretty sad that they don't offer continental breakfast with a $160 a night room. Restaurant staff sitting at the bar on their phone. Do better Hilton! Could've stayed for less down the street and got better and more.

- DADTL AJDec 15, 20251.0Booked a room days in advance online and after getting the room they claimed I still owed over $100 for the room very rude and disrespectful night shift Also we found some sort of pills on the ground not sure what they are I don’t care it’s jus the fact they don’t clean the rooms a child could’ve gotten ahold of one of those pills and ate it. Never will I book here again. Home2 is wayyyyy better also by Hilton better location in Dothan
