  WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE - UPDATED AT 9am the next morning. We were charged $175 even though no one was there to check us in for more than 30 minutes. We called this morning to get assistance, Makayla answered the phone, my partner said “Hi we made a reservation last night and when we got there nobody was there to check us in for more than 30 minutes” Makayla said “well we were assisting another guest, you just have to wait”. He responded calmly without raising his voice “It takes you that long? I’m supposed to wait more than 30 minutes? I was ready to go to sleep and I didn’t know if anyone was working. Y’all shouldn’t charge me nothing” and she said “Well, You have a nice day” and hung up. She didn’t even try to help us. Attempted to check in on a Saturday at 11:20pm, but there was a sign out front that said they were “assisting” another guest. 20 minutes later, still no staff. I knocked on all the “employees only” doors, the restrooms were empty. I yelled down all the halls for staff “HEllOoooo is anyone heeeere?” Nothing but crickets. My partner drove around outside looking for staff, the only person we saw outside was a black car parked on the side of the driveway, and not moving—they did not appear to work there as they saw us walk in with bags and walk out with bags and didn’t offer assistance. I tried calling the main number multiple times, and texted the sales director twice ten minutes apart, but I wouldn’t expect them to answer this late. I suspect the staff is either sleeping, using a room, or quit. Very disappointed. I better not get charged. 36 minutes after we initially arrived at the hotel, they finally answered the phone, at this point we were already at the next hotel.

  Spend nearly two months here, and have to say the staff was one of the most pleasant of all the hotels in Dothan. Great conversations every time I found myself in the lobby. Very helpful was on everyone character, excellent selection in the store, room was organized, cleaned regularly and beds were super comfortable. Enjoy every minute, and I wont hesitate next time I'm in town than to stay there. Thank you all.

  This hotel had everything I wanted. I didn’t miss having a pool. The room was clean and the staff was friendly. Had some complaints about which the staff has no control over. I would have preferred better ventilation of the room.

  Jaquoia at the front desk has incredible patience and grace!! She was juggling multiple phones at a time trying to resolve an issue caused by Chase so I could get checked in. I appreciate her sticking with it (over 2.5 hours) while also checking other guests in. Thank you for everything!
