  We booked this hotel because it had a double queen with pull out sofa and was advertised as pet friendly. We arrived and learned they only have first floor pet friendly rooms and all they had left was a room with one king bed. We were forced to buy a second room, which had urine in the shower. At breakfast our small dogs were at the very edge of the dining room sitting right next to us bothering nobody, and the server glared at us for several minutes before going to get a marker to write on the breakfast sign “NO PETS PLEASE!!” multiple times right in front of us. Between the urine in the room we were forced to purchase due to unclear pet policies, the overall uncleanliness, and the rude breakfast staff, we felt completely unwelcome and were very disappointed in our stay.

  Didn't have an issue here, but hard to believe all the reviews from entitled dog owners. One person clearly had several large dogs that thankfully were turned away, people are out of hand with their dam dogs. Want to take them everywhere and treat them like literal humans. The term entitled is spot on with these people. Kudos to this BW for having some sanity, but I also blame BW corp for allowing this as a policy. I understand these days it's about competition but we'll stay where they don't allow dogs any day. Do dog owners seriously think they can't effectively clean carpets and the rooms? We always know when we open to door if a dog has been in the room. People didn't always expect this nonsense, traveling with a pack of dogs and expect to stay anywhere. They don't care about respect or just common sense.

  Pet Policy is not publicly available. They say it’s pet friendly but don’t publish the weight limits and restrictions online. Was turned away when I arrived at 1:00am and was told my ~50-60lb Labrador Retriever was not acceptable. Lady at the counter was rude and stand off-ish as well. Edit: After reading more reviews, seems this is a very common issue with this hotel.

  Family had rooms booked for weeks. This hotel was specifically chosen for its pet friendly status but it was anything but. We have medium/large size dogs (under 45 lbs), non aggressive breeds, etc and my family arrived and they refused them their rooms stating the dogs were “too big” even though there are no size limitations or rules listed or found ANYWHERE on their website or any of their information. Completely unacceptable. My family was got there late from out of town and had to go find a new hotel at midnight because they wouldn’t let them stay and kicked them out into the cold even though they booked pet friendly rooms. Worst service ever. Edit: from reading past reviews, they have had people complain about the lack of transparency on their pet policies in the past and said they would clarify and they still haven’t. Probably have no intentions of clarifying anything. So pet owners- call ahead to see if they will take your specific pet or stay at your own risk and know they could turn you away. This hotel is NOT pet friendly overall- only friendly to some.
