Staff courteous but not willing or prohibited from changing reservations or adjusting price for military personnel. $423 charge for a 2 night mid-week stay. Room and facility adequate but NOT WORTH PRICE. I will encourage ALL to stay somewhere else. The Best Western is robbing folks without a mask !

My problem was I was on the ground level and the second floor room above me cracked and popped terribly when the person got up to use the restroom in the middle of the night. It was very distracting. I did not mention it to the staff but probably should have. Other than that, the breakfast was good and the location was safe.
