I had to leave for work without everything I needed. No apology from management or even a follow up. I also mentioned the chair in my room had a broken armrest and I was told it could not be replaced/fixed, but they could remove the chair. I understand mistakes happen but not doing anything to make it right is unacceptable.

Mobile check-in didn't work and had to wait 40 minutes to get checked in with only one person in front of me. Air conditioning was broken the entire stay (3 nights) and they weren't able to fix it due to it being a holiday weekend and "maintenance doesn't work on the holidays". Oh, their "we'll make it right or we'll refund your stay guarantee... "Doesn't apply to holiday weekends". Finally made it home to find out they double charged me for the room. Offered 500 hotel points as compensation for my troubles. I don't want points, I wanted a comfortable room to stay with my family while we were in town! Definitely don't recommend this location.
- AWAmanda Buck WilliamsOct 20, 20252.0We stayed here from Wednesday to Sunday, my husband arrived on wed and myself on Thursday, we were there fishing the championship tournament for the Alabama Bass Trail, along with so many others that sold out the hotel that weekend… on Friday night after fishing the outlets on the hotel and the poles provided by the hotel to plug in and charge the boats , break was tripping, I went in to report it to the staff and was met by the manager who immediately blamed “Ingalls” without even looking at the outlets I was referring too… on trip 2 inside with another fisherman, the manager basically fortune and said “I can only text maintenance, I don’t have anything to do with that”, she could care less that over 40 rooms were booked by fishermen with boats who were told originally that the accommodations were available for us…. She had an attitude and not to mention her unprofessional appearance….. fast forward to Sunday when I was packing to leave realize I was covered with bumps….after investigating the bed and mattress, I found an bedbugs!!!!! I text the number that had been texting me from the front desk, pictures and concerns!!! I never received a response!!!! I called the front desk with no answer…. I reached out there hilton main number and received little help!!!! Only a credit of points to my rewards account!!!

- MKM KoschSep 28, 20253.0I’m sad. Used to be my favorite place to stay because rooms are big and the mini-kitchen is handy. The gym is also spacious and set up pretty well. Staff is fine and room was clean. However it is beginning to show its age. Peeling wallpaper everywhere, outlet in my room didn’t work, loose shower door handle and a stained chair in my room. Looks like there is no budget to fix or maintain the place.
