    Very nice hotel overlooking the Tennessee River. Good breakfast. Comfortable beds. Hot, hot water to take a shower and it was amazing. Best hotel shower ever! Kids enjoyed the snack basket at the front desk. Thanks Home 2 Suites for making us feel at home for the weekend.

    I am writing to formally express my profound disappointment and outrage regarding the treatment my husband and I received from Shay the front desk staff on the night of December 27th, 2025 at the Home2 Suites by Hilton at Ingalls Harbor on the night of our wedding. What should have been one of the most joyful and memorable nights of our lives was instead marked by hostility, unprofessionalism, and public humiliation due to errors made by the hotel—specifically concerning a conference room reservation that had been coordinated in advance. Rather than addressing the situation with professionalism and courtesy, Shay and other front desk staff responded by yelling, using profanity, and slamming doors. This behavior was completely unacceptable, escalated an already stressful situation, and was witnessed by our guests. At no point were we treated with respect or dignity as paying customers; let alone newlyweds. Despite the issue stemming from the hotel’s mistake, the situation escalated to the point where the police were called, and my husband and I were forcibly removed from the property and accused of trespassing. Being escorted off the premises on our wedding night, in front of guests and family, was both humiliating and traumatic. To further emphasize the severity of this incident, our wedding party and guests had twelve (12) rooms booked at this property, many of whom witnessed or were directly impacted by the disturbance. This was not a single-room reservation but a significant group booking tied to an important life event. The actions of the staff disrupted not only our night but the experience of multiple Hilton guests. The conduct displayed by Shay a member of your front desk staff was a gross violation of Hilton’s standards of hospitality, customer service, and conflict resolution. At no time should guests be subjected to verbal abuse, intimidation, or law enforcement intervention due to internal hotel errors. I am requesting: •   A formal investigation into this incident •   Written acknowledgment of wrongdoing •   Appropriate corrective action regarding the staff involved •   Compensation or restitution reflective of the severity of this experience Hilton is a brand associated with professionalism and care. Unfortunately, our experience at this location fell far below those expectations and left a lasting negative mark on a milestone moment in our lives. I expect a prompt response and resolution.     W e stay here every year it has a great boat ramp just in the parking lot and its spacious, atleast 100 spots, and the workers are really 👍, really friendly and helpful, its the only place we stay

    Would rate 0 if possible. Terrible customer service. The front desk staff was extremely disrespectful, used foul language, and slammed doors. Management provided false information about room and facility usage to justify extra charges and took money unfairly. Our stay escalated unnecessarily when six police officers were called to remove a newlywed couple, from the hotel. We also felt we were treated differently and charged higher prices as African American guests. This experience was humiliating and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

    I was a bit disappointed with this Hilton. The bedding didn't fit quite right so I constantly had to fight with the sheet corners. The turn down service didn't even bother to attend to the sheets either. They just hastily and haphazardly tossed the blankets in an upright position. The hallways were not heated well either. Breakfast was pretty mid with little options for beverages. Only tea and coffee. Lastly a good portion of their fitness equipment didn't work. *Edit* Just a day or so after posting the original review I was contacted by Hilton to address some of my concerns. Since then I've seen better turndown service and non-coffee/tea beverages available at breakfast. I'm pretty impressed that they jumped on this so quickly.
