Spent $70 for $35 worth of food on doordash. Nothing decent is walkable. Coworker had an unpleasant check in with a young female front desk agent. rooms are a little darker but I enjoy this for the most part. Not exactly here though, it just feels very eerie. With the dust infected and very noisy AC systems in the rooms. What really gets me is how filthy these hvac systems are. You’re telling me you can close your restaurants for events but can’t hire an hvac company to service and clean these systems?

Super clean. Super fresh. Very comfortable bed. Very comfortable pillows, hot water. The breakfast was amazing! I absolutely recommend this place and if there's ever anything that you don't like or have a problem with, just reach out to management. They are here to work with you and make your stay the best it possibly could. I most certainly will be recommending this hotel to other people and I most certainly will come back here and stay myself. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. The staff is amazing. Management is amazing. The rooms are great. Everything's reasonably priced and the food is exceptional. Thank you DoubleTree. I really appreciate you and my stay here

- SISamuel Rambert IIDec 9, 20253.0The issue is had was with the hotel maintenance. Apparently, there were renovations or repairs being conducted on the elevators. One was completely out, the other was intermittently working. I was on the top floor and on multiple locations had use the stairs from the lobby to and from my room. There's should've been some accommodations offered for rooms on lower floors of available but that was never offered. Also, the stair cases to my floor opened to the exterior of the building. That entrance was unlocked and open the entire time and no floors use keys to access them from the stairway, meaning anyone off the street could've accessed any floor to get to any room, a serious security issue.
