    We have been here many times. It is clean and quiet and fairly close to the interstate and a lot of restaurants. The front desk is always very slow but friendly.

    Everything about this hotel is great, the breakfast, the spacious rooms, the gym, and so on but the only problem I have is the fact that I keep finding roaches around the room.

    A definite upgrade from the normal Best Western. This location was convenient and easy to get to off I-10. Several good restaurants around it. Their breakfast was good with lots of selection. The staff was friendly and helpful. We arrived a bit late on a whim while traveling. The front desk person, Gina, was so nice and accommodating. The room was clean, spacious, comfortable and well stocked with bathroom linens. It was quiet. No outside noise or other room noise. I felt safe while staying here. The TV not only worked fine but it was plenty large enough and had a good picture. The channel line-up was abundant. The parking lot was spacious, well lit and the grounds maintained. I will now consider Best Western Plus first when traveling.

    Amazing value. Sure it was off-season, but for less than $100 my wife and I stayed in a beautiful king suite - very comfortable bed. Awesome breakfast. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

    Joined as a member then selected this hotel. Was raining awful - but no umbrella amenity offered. When checking out asked for a water - front desk checked if I was a member (told her I was - but guessing agent needed confirmation). Was told too new a member - and water would cost me $1. Left hotel and no longer will seek out Best Westerns.
