    Amazing value. Sure it was off-season, but for less than $100 my wife and I stayed in a beautiful king suite - very comfortable bed. Awesome breakfast. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. Highly recommend!

    Joined as a member then selected this hotel. Was raining awful - but no umbrella amenity offered. When checking out asked for a water - front desk checked if I was a member (told her I was - but guessing agent needed confirmation). Was told too new a member - and water would cost me $1. Left hotel and no longer will seek out Best Westerns.

    Called in and lady picking up phones asked me “what do you want” excuse me??? Even employees at Mc Donald’s know to say how May I help you? Rude smh shows their service won’t be great! Pick elsewhere!
