    Great hotel. We had a single with king bed. Room had big 45” tv (bigger than most hotels), separate double vanity sinks couch etc. could almost call it a suite. Great staff and hot breakfast. Well worth staying here.

    Noisy, web page quoted one price was charged $10.00 more. Would not let me use my points and wanted double 28,000 for a free night. I have been a member since 2017. Thinking HILTON!!!

    This place was perfect! The hotel staff was very polite and helpful, especially Charlotte! She gave us SO much information before we even asked that even included local restaurant info. We were surprised that they have smoking rooms that are hard to find these days! The room was clean! Would definitely stay here again!

    We checked in on December 30th after an 8-hour drive hauling our 26’ camper, with about 4.5 - 5.5 hour drive the next day. Even though the parking choice was not great, we decided we would be making this our go to hotel since parking was available: Grounds were clean and well lit, room was well insulated and clean, no smells of weed wafting in from anywhere. We intended to book a room the following morning when checking out for our trip back on Jan 6th as well as two nights when we got back home for a trip we are planning in March. This did not happen and will not happen. Going forward we will be avoiding this location—and possibly this brand—entirely. In a nut shell we paid for a hotel room with a check out time of 11am and requested not to be disturbed by hanging the "Do Not Disturb" sign. We were disturbed 5 times not including the leaf blower which I fully believe was another intentional attempt to get us up and out. Housekeeping not only knocked but attempted to enter the room at around 8:45am while we were sleeping. Glad the door bolt latch was in place. She came back two additional times with the sign still hanging.... The Front desk called us twice. One on the room phone and then immediately called our cell phone when the room phone was not answered; with another attempt to force us to check out early. They said it was because of were we where parked. We parked exactly where hotel staff told us to park. Housekeeping returned a fourth time entering the room before we were fully out of the room which circumvented a final walk through. Upon arrival at our next destination we found an item missing. It was part of a gift my daughter had given me for Christmas. We have called twice including the day of departure about 5 hours later. It should have been returned to lost and found but instead has apparently been stolen due to a pissed off staff member simply because they could not start their rounds early. No amount of cleanliness in a hotel room overrides the lack of customer service and keeping items you are legally obligated to return. Full experience review on TripAdvisor
