  I stayed at this Holiday Inn Express and checked in on 4/10/26 at approximately 8:00 PM. The check-in process was efficient, and the front desk associate was courteous and professional. The room condition was consistent with what I would expect from a three-star property. However, there were a few cleanliness concerns, including some hair left in the bathroom and a slight odor coming from the AC unit. The most significant issue occurred on the morning of 4/11/26, which was my scheduled checkout day. Prior to leaving for a race that morning, I confirmed with the front desk that checkout time was 11:00 AM and was advised that I simply needed to return the key upon departure. When I returned to the room at 10:30 AM—well before the stated checkout time—I found that housekeeping had already cleared the room. This created a significant inconvenience, as we were expecting to use the room briefly to shower before leaving. Unfortunately, the housekeeping staff did not acknowledge the situation, offer an explanation, or attempt to assist in resolving the issue. Although no belongings were in the room, I was still within the confirmed checkout time and was denied access to use the room I had paid for. Front staff stated this is common practice if no belongings are found in the room which is very concerning. Overall, while the check-in experience was positive, the premature clearing of the room prior to the confirmed checkout time was a notable service lapse. This is my second issue like this with an IHG property.

  DO NOT STAY HERE! I wish I could give this place zero stars. When we first walked into the lobby we noticed how filthy the floor was. It only got worse when we got to our room. The bathroom sink was full of hair. It looked as if a man had shaved his beard and it hadn’t even been rinsed. Dried up toothpaste on the bathroom counter. Shower full of hair. Dead bugs all over the room. Walls and carpet were filthy. We asked to check out and the lady at the front desk told us we would get a refund. That was a lie. Save yourself a headache and stay elsewhere!!!

  Breakfast area clean. Clean room but could use a minor update. Shower curtain needs to be replaced and im a firm believer get rid of carpets then there are no stains and hard floors are easy to clean and keep clean.

  During our check-in (Mar 14, 2026) upon arriving at the hotel there were no carts present downstairs. We had just driven from the Metro Atlanta area and was tired and hungry. The breakfast was good and the lady working in the dining area was very pleasant and provided great customer service. During check-in Divya was pleasant and explained all of the details of the hotel. Neel was pleasant and assisted me during check-out. I am a disabled Army Veteran, and there needs to be more handicap parking spots on the premises. I'd stay at this hotel again.
