- NRNicole RobertsMar 20, 20263.0Looks nice from the outside. Room was semi clean but outdated. TV didn't work, remote was taped together. Breakfast was ok. They ran out of coffee and water and it was a long wait. They had no milk either for cereals. Would not stay here again.

I asked a lot of people about it at the airport, and they all told me the same thing. No idea whether to wait upstairs or downstairs, and no way to get a hold of the hotel to arrange it with them…
- DWDonna WilsonMar 16, 20262.0There are typically no issues at this location but this time - not so much. First, when we got off the elevator, our whole floor smelled like marijuana. In our room, the deadbolt didn't work. There was only one trash can for the whole room/bathroom. There are no shelves in the shower so we had to put our soap, etc., on the floor. Then, someone was knocking on doors on our floor at 3:00 in the morning and woke us up. (We don't know who it was.) We had a voucher for free breakfast and we got downstairs at 6:30 to eat before we went to the airport and breakfast wasn't set up for us to eat until 6:50. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and dinner in the restaurant was good.

The place seems renovated from the lobby and elevators, but the rooms themselves leave something to be disired. Several in our group found stains in the bathrooms and across their rooms, entire floors had a foul smell, and we had questionable encounters with people who probably didn't live in the hotel. Don't stay here. Not like there's anything around it anyway. Unless you like abandoned homes and shootings.
