- FCF CarJan 6, 20261.0When you rent a hotel, you have some reasonable expectation of cleanliness. Even if you're on the more lenient side, this place didn't even almost pass. The second I walked in the door I noticed a grittiness under my feet. A closer look revealed a room that the entire floor could not have been touched for several guests stays. Bits of lint, gritty dirt, pieces of thread, a granola spill under the desk, and a piece of release paper from a maxi-pad next to the bed - all on the floor. Opened the fridge to an immediate whiff of gross! It was warm. Okay, broken? Nope. Turned off, freezer thawed, and pooled with 1/4" of water that was originally frost. All with lots of nice black mold spots in the fridge and freezer. That didn't happen over night. My guess is that the room hadn't been rented for several days and it wasn't ever cleaned for several guests before that. The bathroom was the same. Not dirty, but filthy. The toilet had streaks of "not been cleaned in a while" in the bowl and "water" spots on the seat. Then the shower. OH, THE SHOWER. The pièce de résistance, the dreaded curly hair, front and center. Black, bold, and in your face. A half-blind cyclops couldn't have missed this hair. If you get an opportunity, don't stay at this hotel! Would your room be like mine? I doubt they all are. But it shows a gross neglect of staffing or cleaning or care or all of the above. I would be terrified to get out the black light! I feel like if I were to soil the toilet and not flush, it would increase the overall average cleanliness of the room.
- LDLiana DinertDec 28, 20255.0Quiet, safe, and private location. No riff raff were present. Beds and pillows were very comfortable and clean. The breakfast had a big selection of hot and cold items. The staff were very nice. The pool looked very clean and pleasant. The rooms were well stocked with Dove shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, lotion and handwashing soap. The rooms were clean, but not spotless. I would definitely recommend this hotel.
