(& pool was clean & warm... perfect for a relaxation float) This hotel may need a few touch ups- but the staff is superb, kind, conscientious, pleasant and helpful. The only suggestion I would have is for IHG to get permission to open a road/ passage to the back side of Target. The 280 BLVD. is really a "freeway" - and the access to & from anywhere onto or off of 280 is daunting. DOT & city of Birmingham should consult a different street planner. But this is NOT Holiday Inn's fault- it's ALL of Birmingham. We are heading back to Birmingham & proudly staying at this Holiday Inn again.

The staff was top notch; Marcus, Felicia, Nina and Keisha ( I may have her name wrong she worked in housekeeping/laundry). If we are in the area again we will 100% book here as the hospitality provided was some of the best I've experienced, four diamond level customer service with out the price.
