We recently stayed for a youth soccer tournament, the faculties were clean and the breakfast was hot, always stocked and delicious! The staff was top notch; Marcus, Felicia, Nina and Keisha ( I may have her name wrong she worked in housekeeping/laundry). If we are in the area again we will 100% book here as the hospitality provided was some of the best I've experienced, four diamond level customer service with out the price.

Great value for the area. The hotel was spotless and the room was spacious and comfortable — the blackout shades made it easy to sleep in. The staff were friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was solid, and I loved the new coffee machines with endless hot fresh coffee. Overall an excellent stay and a perfect stop along my route!

Front desk Felisa was hands down the nicest, most helpful of all holiday inn employees I’ve encountered. She was a great help in finding me a place to stay after my nightmare experience at the last motel (not a holiday inn) I hope her supervisors see this review and recognize her as a huge asset to the company! She is a 5 star rock star!

Not what I expected. I requested a room on an upper floor for a reason and a shower that was not a tub because it is hard for me to step up over a tub. We received the first floor room with a shower that flooded the floor because there was nothing to keep the water inside as you can see by the pictures, and the drain was highly inadequate to allow the water to go down, and this was a remodeled room. This would be someone in a wheelchair's worst nightmare, or someone who has more issues than I do trying not to fall on an overly wet floor. I heard everybody that checked in because the room was around the corner. I heard the elevator going up and down because it was across the hall and I was supposed to be away from the elevators. My room was at the front of the building where everybody checked in, I could hear their cars running, and that lovely sound of beep beep when they hit to lock the door on their vehicles. There seem to be no sound barriers in yhe hallway every voice of every person talking, or those that felt they needed to yell down the hallway at 2 am. Yep I didn't get much sleep. And to finish my stay....I know the website said 6:30am and I could swear the person on the phone said 6:30 am and I thought possibly the person at the front desk, said 6:30 am breakfast, but no, there was a sign and I had to wait until 7 am pushing my day behind.
