- RPRoger Pitiss4 days ago1.0The breakfast service at this location is superior. Variety and temperature of the food is actually better than many of the restaurants I’ve eaten at. Sadly, the room we were given was not as good. The heater was on and was set to 70 degrees when we arrived. At that point, the room was comfortable. Later, the room became very chilly. We turned the temperature setting up to 90, no help. We called the front dest, got customer service instead, who promised to send someone to check this problem out. No one came and we were very cold. Very disappointing. Also, there was someone on a cell phone in the hall, about 2 in the morning. He stayed out there for about an hour, speaking very loudly. I would not recommend or visit this hotel again.

Breakfast was supposed to start at 6:30am. At 6:40am they still had lights off and had not finished setting up. Had to ask for coffee and all they had was decaf. No juice just hot and cold water. If we stay again for an early morning flight, I will not pay extra for the breakfast.

I booked 2 queen bed and we only have 2 towels And 1 clean rag and one dirty rag. Usually it's four each but we will see how breakfast goes Danielle was really nice and sweet, I think she is the best part of the hotel and our kids are spaced out together lol

In the morning Ashley was at the front desk with a smile and some toothpaste for me! Really friendly staff. Rooms acceptable as well. If I’m in Birmingham again this will be my airport hotel for sure.
