Their phone is not connected. That is, there’s no way to get a hold of them to arrange an airport shuttle pick up. I asked a lot of people about it at the airport, and they all told me the same thing. No idea whether to wait upstairs or downstairs, and no way to get a hold of the hotel to arrange it with them…

There are typically no issues at this location but this time - not so much. First, when we got off the elevator, our whole floor smelled like marijuana. In our room, the deadbolt didn't work. There was only one trash can for the whole room/bathroom. There are no shelves in the shower so we had to put our soap, etc., on the floor. Then, someone was knocking on doors on our floor at 3:00 in the morning and woke us up. (We don't know who it was.) We had a voucher for free breakfast and we got downstairs at 6:30 to eat before we went to the airport and breakfast wasn't set up for us to eat until 6:50. On the positive side, the staff was friendly and dinner in the restaurant was good.

Rooms are pretty average. Bathrooms are small. Breakfast was an outrageous $15 per person and was nothing different than what you would get for free at a Hampton Inn, which isn’t very good. Front desk and staff were nice though.

Terrible looking hotel in a terrible neighborhood. The staff were great but the rooms were largely hit or miss. The place seems renovated from the lobby and elevators, but the rooms themselves leave something to be disired. Several in our group found stains in the bathrooms and across their rooms, entire floors had a foul smell, and we had questionable encounters with people who probably didn't live in the hotel. Don't stay here. Not like there's anything around it anyway. Unless you like abandoned homes and shootings.

this was NOT a pleasant experience. most hotels offer a free breakfast, but this one wants to make you pay $15 for theirs. we had called in before we got here to ask if the pool was opened, and we were straight up lied to by whoever answered the phone. the elevators inspection is also out of date, which is fun, and when we tried to use the stairs to go up to the 2nd floor, we found out that there are no door handles inside the stairwell, and we almost got trapped inside (and there was NO proper signage). edit: there is also no hot water for the shower AT ALL
