Will be back my only complaint is the site specifically says “no deposit required” and a $50 (refundable of course), was deducted from my card they also do not accept cash so that’s a bit inconvenient other than that great hotel.

It was nice to have such a nice accommodating person greet us and get our room efficiently. We will be back when traveling through Birmingham.

Ashley particularly stood out to me. She is a natural in the hospitality industry. The accommodations at this hotel are very convenient. While the carpet in the hallways need to be refreshed and lobby couch needs to be replaced, the rooms are comfortable and present well for a holiday inn.
