When I went into the hall to check her, she said,”Oh, I thought you left!” And she had no record that we had checked out downstairs, although we left to get breakfast earlier. PLEASE guard your belongings and use the hotel safe or lock away in your car if you stay at these hotels during the Holiday season. Nice hotels and area- the staff, I believe is looking to make a little more hourly. I won’t stay here again.

We arrived at the hotel at check in and they let us know they were repairing a water line and water would be restored within a couple of hours. It was restored however we had no hot running. My wife and daughter were miserable after spending the entire day on the field and had a take a cold shower. When we called down to the front desk to inquire about when it would be restored, she responded with a rude response that she didn’t know and it wasn’t her problem. 🤦

There was no HOT WATER in the room, so I couldn’t even take a shower. I had booked a double room for three people, but we were given a room with a single king-size bed, which was not suitable for our group. On top of that, I had to find another hotel last-minute to accommodate our needs. Two of the customer service representatives I interacted with were rude—one gave me false information, and the other seemed completely uninterested in helping. That said, I do want to acknowledge the older gentleman at the front desk who helped me check out—he was kind, professional, and the only positive part of the experience. To make matters worse, I later noticed four separate charges on my credit card. While I understand some may be pre-authorized holds, it’s unclear why there are so many. I’ve reached out to the hotel for clarification. Overall, this was a very frustrating stay, and I expected much better. I hope the management takes steps to improve both service and transparency.
