I wanna give a special thank you to Doug and his team. I left a very special blanket there in my room by mistake. I’ve had this blanket since I was 5 and is one of the last pieces of my grandmother I have left. Not only were they able to find it but once the email was sent over to them Doug mailed it out within 20min. I appreciate it sincerely. This hotel will be my first option anytime I stay in Birmingham.

I really loved that they chatted with me and our teens readily and were not on phones and didn’t have earbuds in (as we have experienced at other chain hotels). The hotel was extremely clean with staff about, taking great care to clean every crevice. Way to go team! You provided excellent services for us and our family on a long trip. We will be back!

- AHA HNov 28, 20251.0I wanted to love this place on the 1st visit. Everything was perfect, but after that visit I came back but there were issues. It was already cold outside and come to find out the A/C unit was blowing out cold air. The functions were broken, couldn't turn on the heat. My 3rd visit was the final frontier. That A/C unit had a problem too. Got switched to another room and that room had problems too. The shower doors would not stay in the 'closed' position. My boo had to hold the door closed while I showered to keep the water from running on the floor. Didn't have enough towels. I see Expedia has removed this hotel from their list. Hmmmm???? I guess it doesn't matter since I won't be returning and I can't recommend this business to anyone. Yall need to get it together quick!
