- JNJoselyn NelsonDec 19, 20251.0We came back to this hotel because we stayed here last year and it was great, but this year it was terrible. There were ants in the bathtub and in the sink; it was very disgusting. And my bed had hair from the previous guests. What a disgrace of a day.
- MRMr ReviewDec 10, 20251.0Stay away. Had two rooms, one of which was accessible and ok at best. The other room, which I believe was #220, was NOT ok. The smell throughout the entire hotel, especially in this room, was disturbing. In addition, the bathroom ceiling looked as if it was going to fall in, crumbs EVERYWHERE, damp. Although I arrived quite late, I asked the front desk attendant if I could see another room. She showed me two others and they were just as bad if not worse. Decided to stay put because I at least knew the sheets looked clean. Bed skirts however were filthy.

The complimentary breakfast offered plenty of good options to start the day. Overall, I was very satisfied and would choose this hotel again.

- SGSteven GallNov 15, 20253.0Check in was slow. Male working had trouble with English. Ask about why no bibles in the room. Again female in morning very bad with English. Couldn't really answer why but offered fo get me one. For some reason in many states when the Patels own the hotel they never have bibles in the rooms. I will now always ask and when they say no bibles in room I will book a different hotel. This happens in Tennessee, Alabama and many other states. Their rooms are ok with wear and tear needing attention. The Breakfast bar attendant couldn't speak good English. Eggs were cold, biscuits cold and crumbled. Utensils to eat with were flimsy no forks ony a combo fire spoon. Trying to eat a waffle was ridiculous. Sausage gravy was cold. Salt but no pepper. Ask attendant I think she said no have. Definitely try another hotel.
