- LBLiz B-M5 days ago3.0it's okay.. i was in room 400 and the door would not open until i put the card in 5 times. wish i was joking. the bathroom door was also stuck.. had to literally snatch it open. elevator stalls for quite a bit before opening. a bit scary. the side entrances have stairs so good luck if you have a big suitcase. Just go through the front entrance if you're carrying a lot in. the rooms are big, but i would not stay again.. also, just a note.. they have a $100 deposit.
- AGA GDec 21, 20252.0I stayed here because I booked a different and went here by mistake a few months ago but the front desk lady was so nice I wanted to stay next time I was in town. The day I checked in(Thurs) I asked the lady at the desk for a late check out on my check out day(Sat) she told me I had to ask the manager tomorrow, I said ok. I get to the room and the peep hole was a hole in the door without glass, I just put tissue in it. I was going to be in the room so I got things from the store when I opened the fridge FOOD AND A HALF DRUNK SODA were in there!!!!! I didn't raise hell or anything. So I asked for a manager the next day and was told they weren't there, cool. Sooooo check out day comes, I asked for a late check out and the person was like I can only give u an additional 30 mins. I said thanks and went on. I was packing up and it was 11:38 and I was zipping my luggage and there was a knock at the door I go to the door and it's a guy who wasn't housekeeping but you can tell he was a manager or something. He tells me I am 10mins over the time he gave me, I already was apologizing for being late when I opened the door and he was very irritated and rude. I was being nice because I felt he was nice to allow me the extra 30. He was very rude, so I leave out right behind him and meet him at the desk to get my receipt. I asked him for his name so I can leave a review and he gone tell me no! It's my prerogative not to give you my name especially if you leaving a review!!! I was livid at this point and asked him to stop talk to me just give me my receipt. He gone say you started it I almost lost it on him. I will never ever stay here again. Horrible stay
