- IDIsmael DelunaJan 3, 20261.0Charged my card the full price of the room before check-in. Traveling for over 4hrs and still 3hrs away from the hotel. Called them and was put on hold 3 times, when asked why my card was charged they said it was their policy to charge a temporary hold. Other IHG hotels I've been to don't charge your card a temporary hold ($50-150) until you check-in, this was $220. Told them that I'm traveling on official business and I was going to use a different card at check-in. They said they would charge the new card and release the "temporary hold" in 3 to 5 days. Thanks but no thanks! I have been an IHG rewards member for over 10years and I won't be coming back to this location.

We checked out the pool and it seemed pretty cold for an indoor pool so we never used it. The breakfast was nice Large gated parking lot. We loved the seating area with the gorgeous gas fireplace.
