- EEElizabeth6 days ago1.0Location and breakfast were ok but the room was just terrible, probably my worst Staybridge experience. There is no noise control at all so we couldn’t sleep at all for two nights where the college kids next to us were partying all night. Asking for help to fromt desk didn’t help at all. The room cleaning service is terrible, didn’t clean properly at all. Bedsheets smelled like boys sweat. Overall, I would choose a different hotel for this price since there are tons of other options.

The breakfast selections were super fancy. The room I had was very clean, and staff were very nice. Hot water, water pressure, Wi-Fi, and toiletries were also all very good. I’ve stayed in five star hotels that weren’t as nice as this hotel. There’s also little things that you’ll notice in your room that they really thought out for their guests for convenience. Plus, it’s much cheaper compared to Marriott or Hilton! I highly recommend! Keep up the good work!

Only downside is location-convenient off interstate- but not very walking friendly to area restaurants and difficult to head south on US 29. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
- MFMaud FavierNov 21, 20255.0Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel un peu par hasard et n'avons pas été déçus. L'hôtel est neuf, très bien équipé, joliment décoré. La climatisation dans la chambre était très silencieuse, ce qui change des habituels blocs très bruyants qu'on trouve dans la plupart des hôtels. Il y a un bar le soir, ce qui permet de boire un verre sans devoir ressortir. La terrasse est super agréable avec les fauteuils autour du feu, la piscine (malheureusement pas chauffée en ce 20 novembre alors qu'il faisait 80 degrés) est d'une bonne taille. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous avons pu faire une machine, étant en road trip. Et cerise sur le gâteau, un excellent petit dejeuner très varié et servi dans de la vraie vaisselle en porcelaine avec des couverts en inox! C'est très appréciable et c'est la première fois en 15 jour! D'habitude nous avons de la vaisselle jetable. Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel et bravo a toute l'équipe pour ce bel endroit!
