Only downside is location-convenient off interstate- but not very walking friendly to area restaurants and difficult to head south on US 29. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
- MFMaud Favier3 days ago5.0Nous avons trouvé cet hôtel un peu par hasard et n'avons pas été déçus. L'hôtel est neuf, très bien équipé, joliment décoré. La climatisation dans la chambre était très silencieuse, ce qui change des habituels blocs très bruyants qu'on trouve dans la plupart des hôtels. Il y a un bar le soir, ce qui permet de boire un verre sans devoir ressortir. La terrasse est super agréable avec les fauteuils autour du feu, la piscine (malheureusement pas chauffée en ce 20 novembre alors qu'il faisait 80 degrés) est d'une bonne taille. Le personnel est très agréable. Nous avons pu faire une machine, étant en road trip. Et cerise sur le gâteau, un excellent petit dejeuner très varié et servi dans de la vraie vaisselle en porcelaine avec des couverts en inox! C'est très appréciable et c'est la première fois en 15 jour! D'habitude nous avons de la vaisselle jetable. Nous recommandons chaudement cet hôtel et bravo a toute l'équipe pour ce bel endroit!

Back porch is spacious with well designed and maintained landscaping, Outdoor pool is opening to give a Nice view rather than many other hotels now just cover up with a ugly plastic. Parking lot is wide, and has a lot of parking lots which is huge Plus in Auburn where it is nearly IMPISSIBLE to get a parking lot in which all are small and tight..... It can be super if gym has windows for safety and view The vast majority of the staff here embodies the core of customer service and created a super nice guest experience. They are professional, helpful, customer-oriented with happy smile. This hotel chain must be extremely proud of this team! Specifical appreciations for Outstanding help and Professionalism to: Front Desk: Ms. Jamaica, Ms. Kylla, Ms. Theo Mr. Barron, Mr. Max, Mr. Alex, Mr. Caleb, Breakfast attendance: Ms. Ashley, Ms. Madison, Mr. Daylan, Ms. Lauren, Ms. Lamaral, they make Tremendous HEALTH Tasty breakfast 🥞 🍳 Housekeeping: The entire housekeeping team, especially Ms. Taisha, Ms. Cheryl, Ms. Maranda, Ms. MeMe, Mr. Spencer, Leadership & Maintenance: General Manager & Assistant Ms. Ashley & Mr. Jack, Sales Director Ms. Caroline, Beautiful Bar Tender Ms. Brandy, and the 2 Maintenance gentlemen. Every interaction with these ladies and gentlemen was a pleasure—they are all true professionals who make guests feel helped and valued. 1 star away because of rudeness from 1 housekeeper and 1 less-than-helpful receptionist.
