Die Klimaanlage ist superleise, und das Bett ist sehr bequem. Anstelle einer Standard-Badewanne gibt es eine ebenerdige Dusche mit einfachem Einstieg. Das Frühstück bietet eine gute Auswahl an Obst, Müsli, warmen Speisen wie Rührei und Kartoffelspalten sowie Speck oder Wurst. Früher gab es zudem ein praktisches Frühstück zum Mitnehmen, aber mittlerweile ist es nur noch vor Ort erhältlich. Insgesamt eine ruhige und angenehme Unterkunft. Sehr empfehlenswert!
- AGA GNov 4, 20255.0The hotel was very clean as was my room. It's no nonsense, nothing frilly, just a nice, clean hotel! I was greeted and checked in quickly. There is a small gym and snack station near the lobby. The hotel is right off the highway but still close to lots of shopping. We will be returning to this hotel in a few weeks and I'm glad I stayed over now to see what a good hotel it is.

Every shower was freezing cold, and despite raising the issue several times, it was never resolved. This is a fundamental expectation for any hotel stay, and the lack of urgency in addressing it was unacceptable. That said, I want to highlight that Precious, the Front Desk Manager, was extremely positive and pleasant to work with. She did everything within her power to help, but it was clear the issue was beyond her control. Her professionalism and empathy were the only bright spots in an otherwise frustrating experience. I typically choose IHG properties because of their reliability and high standards, but this situation was far below expectations. A hotel operating without consistent hot water is not up to IHG’s usual quality, and it needs immediate attention to protect the brand’s reputation.

No microwaves in the rooms and fridges are super small. Nothing wrong just a little different. I can get used to different. 7 minutes from campus. Will definitely be back!!
