Every shower was freezing cold, and despite raising the issue several times, it was never resolved. This is a fundamental expectation for any hotel stay, and the lack of urgency in addressing it was unacceptable. That said, I want to highlight that Precious, the Front Desk Manager, was extremely positive and pleasant to work with. She did everything within her power to help, but it was clear the issue was beyond her control. Her professionalism and empathy were the only bright spots in an otherwise frustrating experience. I typically choose IHG properties because of their reliability and high standards, but this situation was far below expectations. A hotel operating without consistent hot water is not up to IHG’s usual quality, and it needs immediate attention to protect the brand’s reputation.
