- KWkelle williamsJan 12, 20265.0David on the overnight shift is AMAZING! We had some disruptions in our travel plans which got us to the hotel after 3am. We called David around midnight to let him know and he rolled out the red carpet for us. He checked us in so that our paperwork was good to go (for a quick check in), he combined our reservations so we wouldn't need to switch rooms the next day, and knowing how late we were coming in he ensured we were on a top, quiet area of the hotel. The hotel itself is very nice, well kept and maintained. The managers on duty were extremely friendly and the front desk staff in general have been welcoming and helpful. Our company travels to Andalusia often, this hotel will remain the preferred hotel for future stays!

What really shines at this hotel is the staff—everyone was so kind and accommodating. I wish I could remember his name, but the gentleman who checked us in on Sunday, December 21st truly went above and beyond helping us get settled into our room after a long day of driving. The kitchen staff also did an exceptional job with breakfast every morning, which was a huge relief for us and our kids. Thank you! Finally, I’d like to thank Darlene, who is in charge of housekeeping—thank you for taking such great care of us.
