  From the call not welcoming The lady sounds irritated .. At first I didn’t let it get to me an pushed thru .. I asked two questions . If they was a room available ? How much ? If I call an you remind me of my ex wife I will not come there Still love 99% of all Holiday inn Does not affect me from going to other holiday ends just this one..

  Traveled 8 hours pulling our 30 foot RV. Pulled to the back of the hotel where there were at least a dozen empty parking spots. Pulled in and the manager Brooke, came out to tell us that we could not park there. She said that "Her manager would kill her " if she allowed us to park there. It's a Sunday night. No one else around, and we can't park where there is NOBODY around. Both of us are disabled, and now she wants us to park across the street from the hotel. I wonder how her managers would feel if we fell down in their driveway bringing in all of our things. (The parking lot entrance is on a terrible angle.) Nope, never staying here again. We suggest that you stay far away as well. If this is how they handle customer service, they have a LOT to learn...

  The bathroom was a bit icky. The corners of the bathrom floor had hairs and debris accumulation. The shower was a bit tricky as the bath tub floor had no anti slip at all. The staff were fantastic, the location good, many restaurants close by, along with a Walmart just around the corner.

  We stayed in the Holiday Inn Express for roughly a month while we had work done in our house earlier this year. It was a great hotel. The beds were very comfortable, the rooms were clean, the shower had great water pressure. Since we were staying so long (and weren’t expecting to stay as long as we did) they placed us on the top floor to minimize noise from any upstairs neighbors. Every staff member we interacted with was pleasant and helpful, but we had especially great experience with Tasha, Trenton, Kyle, Jessica and Sandra. We were disappointed to find that the pool was out of order because it was in disrepair. The location is excellent, it was so nice being right behind the shopping center and right next to the interstate. We didn’t make it down in time for breakfast often but when we did it was nice.
