    From 1/4/2026-1/5/2026 The hispanic nonchalant front desk clerk was outright rude, careless, and completely unfit for her position. She ordered housekeeping to remove all of my personal belongings from my room HOURS before the 12:00 PM checkout time while I briefly left to get food. I left around 9:00 AM and was gone no more than 20–30 minutes. When I returned, my room had been cleared out and my belongings were stuffed into bags labeled “Lost and Found by Housekeeper,” as if I had abandoned the room. As soon as I walked in, she stopped me and repeatedly asked if I was checking out. I clearly told her no and reminded her checkout was at noon. Her response? “Well, we already had housekeeping clean out your room.” No apology. No concern. No accountability. To make it worse, she actually tried to blame me, saying I should have notified her that I wasn’t checking out just because I stepped out to get food. That expectation is absurd and shows a complete lack of common sense, training, and basic hospitality standards. Her nonchalant, dismissive attitude made it very clear she didn’t think she did anything wrong. This wasn’t a misunderstanding — it was invasive, disrespectful, and entirely preventable. From the moment I checked in, I was made to feel unwelcome, and this incident confirmed it. Management should be extremely concerned, because this location is a liability to the brand. I do not recommend this hotel under any circumstances.

    Upon check in, the room was sub standard with lots of issues. The curtains would not close all the way because the curtains had detached from the glider, sobthis left a gap in the curtains. I fixed this by using the clips on a hanger to fasten the curtains together. Is would be an easy fix, just use a ladder and re-attach the curtains clips to the glider. The bathroom light above the sink was out, one lamp had no lightbulb in it, and a double lamp (with 2 light sockets) only had one bulb in it, things had been removed from the walls and the holes, etc were not repaired, no smoke alarm on the ceiling and wires were left dangling, and the worst thing was the door would not lock when you left the room. Everything was repaired except the walls that night except the door lock was repaired the next morning. I just can't believe that the cleaning crew did not report these issues to maintenance...so not sure if lack of maintenance was the problem, or if it was the housekeeping depth. Either way, that was a poor reception when walking in the room.

    It was clean. Beds were comfortable and the location is great. Food is right around the corner. Water pressure was awesome.i gave it a 2☆ mainly because the bed rails hang out about 6-8 inches past the mattress. So I smashed my shins 500 times.

    Customer service sucks, Walked in to be non greeted by a woman who seemed less interested to help. After asking her if she can accommodate my partner and myself with a room for checking at that time she said we wouldn't be able to before saying I'll be back while she responded to the caller on her cell phone she walked away and 10 minutes later we were still waiting before I decided to leave the establishment. So I don't recommend this place. The lady cared less that we had been driving for hours and needed a place to rest. But we stayed at the Ramada around the corner and it was great. The customer service was outstanding. The lady actually took time to hear us and cared about getting us a room to rest. I will be reviewing them directly as well. Looking for a place go to the Ramada the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean.
