After asking her if she can accommodate my partner and myself with a room for checking at that time she said we wouldn't be able to before saying I'll be back while she responded to the caller on her cell phone she walked away and 10 minutes later we were still waiting before I decided to leave the establishment. So I don't recommend this place. The lady cared less that we had been driving for hours and needed a place to rest. But we stayed at the Ramada around the corner and it was great. The customer service was outstanding. The lady actually took time to hear us and cared about getting us a room to rest. I will be reviewing them directly as well. Looking for a place go to the Ramada the beds are comfy and the rooms are clean.

When we got to the desk the staff said they didn’t have any rooms. They sold their last room (our room) to the customer in front of us I showed her my email reservation All she could say was sorry , they had no rooms. I will never make a reservation here again and I don’t recommend anyone else. You’re not guaranteed to have a room when you get there.

- MAMarc AngelilloSep 26, 20254.0The rooms are large. Every toom has a kitchenette: elec 2 burner cook top, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, coffee maker and a full refrigerator. Our granddaughter goes to college in nearby Montevallo. She is an AAU womens soccer player and we attend as many as possible of her home matches. The parent/ grandparent discount is $99/night with parking included. Shopping is nearby. The pm staff is exceptionally charming and helpful. Its a somewhat older building that recently been refreshed. Any challenges we've encountered have been resolved in our favor. They have a 24/7 free coffee dispensing machine and an honor system, self-serve snack room adjacent to the frony desk with inexpensive item
