  Great place to stay for the price. Evening staff was really helpful with our missing remote and other requests. Great complimentary breakfast! The morning staff were watching videos on their phones at the highest volume ever. So you could hear through the lobby very annoying videos with lots of vulgar language. Easy to ignore but pretty unprofessional. Just turn the volume down!

  This Best Western was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had. The front desk woman was rude, dismissive, and outright nasty, telling me my complaints were “literally not her problem.” The night front desk man was polite but did nothing to help, and when I asked for a manager, I was told none were available. The room was stinky, uncomfortable, and the noise was unbearable — sleep was impossible. This hotel is poorly managed, chaotic, and not worth a single dollar. I contacted corporate beforehand and was told this location is an independently owned franchise, so no help there. The restaurant was equally horrible. The manager was inexperienced, rude, and completely unqualified to handle complaints. The food and service were unacceptable, and there was zero accountability. I will never stay here again. I would rather sleep and freeze in my car than waste my money at this place. Stay literally anywhere else.

  Was an ok stay but I forgot an item in my room and the front desk just hung up on me, Also the TV didn't turn on
