I encountered several problems, such as the fact that my bedsheets hadn’t been changed. I found a few pieces of hair THAT WERE NOT MINE all over the bed sheets and pillows. I had to go to the lobby and ask for new bedsheets. The carpet in the living room was incredibly dirty, with food crumbs everywhere. I had to go in with my Lysol bottle and wipes to disinfect everything because I was so grossed out. Their breakfast is delicious but in the hygiene aspect in the rooms, they can do a lot better. They do have a nice little park that kids can enjoy in the summer as well as a gym to work out in on the first floor. They have washers and driers in every floor as well.
