  The service was ok and my room was a bit dirty. My main gripe was my room was very noisy and I wasnt even there during busy season. The breakfast was pretty good though! Id reccomend using vrbo to find a better bang for your buck.

  Shady business practices make canceling the reservation not just frustrating, but impossible. Called multiple times and was told to call the next day, sent emails asking to have the reservation canceled, all while having little to no cell service to begin with. INCREDIBLY FRUSTRATING. WASTE OF $200. They charged me anyway despite all the attempts to get the reservation canceled so the money went down the drain. I wont use Best Western again.

  I just wanna say the receptionist that was here feb 14 26 at 8:00 pm Tall blonde girl, she was extremely rude to people on the phone. She seemed so bothered by having to do her job.We are here on vacation and for someone to not want to help you or talk to you in such a rude manner is so disappointing. I was in shock. If customer service is not for you, get another job.

  Horrible! Very disappointed how run down this hotel has gotten. We were staying in Fairbanks for the holidays with our infant and the night we arrived my husband stood at the front desk waiting for assistance for over 30 minutes. Nobody was there and a sign was left to call a number, so he called over and over and over again to no answer. When the lady finally returned with her dog in tow she got snippy with my husband and asked him “why didn’t you just read the sign?” He had to show her his call log. Her dog then peed all over the floor (take note that this is not a pet friendly hotel and does not accept pets even for a fee). As the days progressed we had to ask three times for towels and finally stood at the front desk until they went and got them for us. The rooms were clean, but old. The carpets stained, walls dirty grey… just felt old and worn out.

  Lots of hairs all over the bed and sheets had multiple stains. Looked like none of the bedding had been washed. Rooms are also pretty crusty doesn't look like the pictures. Definitely would not stay here again.
