The eating area was dirty, and the floors were dirty. I would not recommend this place. In addition it advertised a shuttle which it no longer has

Room was clean and beds were comfy. Yes, a little musty smell, but nothing out of the ordinary. Not bad, but have stayed at better. Could be great with a few tweaks.

The internet was extremely slow, even for alaskan standards, and kept cutting out. Breakfast was the same our entire stay. Some of the food wasn't cooked fully. Only 5 Star thing the Hotel deserves is one of the front desk ladies(she was extremely helpful with us and tried her best to accommodate our needs) and the coffee machine.

Bed clean thank God. Laundry room was just dirty. Lobby floor was visibly dirty. Staff at front desk was indifferent at best. Worst best western I have stayed at. Very disappointed. Fortunately we did not have to spend much time in hotel due to our itinerary .
