- LLLauretaSep 14, 20255.0Checked in pretty late and were greeted so politely by the front desk lady who said she was working an extra few hours. Her attitude was so positive and you’d never think she had just worked all day. She got us and our dog Lola checked in very quickly and made sure to give us a quick rundown on where everything was and time on breakfast in the AM. Although we didn’t make breakfast it was nice that we were informed the times the night prior. The room was very clean, nice AC and the pillows were fluffy! Loved all the mirrors, full size fridge and the water pressure was amazing as well as very warm. The guy who was there when we checked out was very polite and funny! Overall we had a great stay. We will be returning during our weekend events in Anchorage! 10/10 recommend.

Very nice pool and spa area which was not busy at all. Nice courtyard that we never could use because of the constant rain. Breakfast was mediocre to poor. Out of coffee was the norm even though it wasn’t that busy. Limited protein selection and the ham was like rubber on morning #2 of our stay. Didn’t take long to figure out why all exterior doors were locked 24/7. Large unhoused contingent just down the street at Walmart that pushed carts through the parking lot or the street in front of hotel. Twice we saw people trying to get in the front door without a key and front desk choosing not to buzz them in. Very sad situation but easy to be concerned about safety. Overall a very nice place but would not return.

First room- horrible smell; second room there was an overflowing garbage can and a dirty toilet, although the room supposedly had been cleaned. Upgraded to the third room; the sofa has seen better days, the floor is sticky, they doused the room with too much sickening air freshener. It’s just gross all around. Positive- front desk clerk was helpful and friendly. Stay somewhere else if cleanliness is important to you.
