I believe I would prefer a bathroom that's clean and does not have bugs crawling on the floor. I returned to my room late from work and needed a shower, I went to have said shower and stepped in the bathroom. Problem 1. Bugs on the floor. Problem 2. I can look past the bugs, I need a shower, the cleanliness of the shower made me want to vomit. No I didn't report it that night, I cant say I had the energy to move rooms or the desire to hear a generic apology. Do better Holiday Inn, standards are not hard to follow. I will give you one positive note - the bed was clean and comfortable and the hotel was quiet.
