  In major need of renovations. Felt very run down. We had some sort of sticky substance on our carpet in our room. It was nice to have an EV charger in the parking lot so we didn’t have to go anywhere to charge while we were travelling

  I stayed here for three days with my family. First off, we received zero room service any day and came back after a full day to an unmade bed when they visited every other room until our stretch (we didn’t have the do not disturb sign on!). We contacted the front desk, and they said they would send someone up. First night, someone just put a plastic bag of clean towels on our door handle outside and left. Next night, nobody comes after calling the front desk twice and being assured someone was coming for forty five minutes until a guy came with just a set of sheets. He somehow managed to make us sit there waiting for him to make two beds for 45 more minutes. Meanwhile, my little brother is exhausted because he’s young and it’s now an hour past his bedtime because we were dealing with this mess of a crew. Second, the pool was like a zoo of people, way more than what was allowed was in there, and staff just walked by without doing anything. Nobody else could fit in the pool or hot tub, and they were acting like animals. Not a good experience whatsoever, and I would not recommend.

  For two years rm 518 has had a broken couch, and the ice machine on the 5th has been broken for a year. The carpet in the hallway is worn and stretched. There is o ly 1 working ice machine for a 5 story hotel this place is falling apart and the owners are letting it happen

  Dont book a room here! They state you get free breakfast but you dont. The rooms are not clean! The gentleman at the front desk was so rude when I called for info on my booking after being charged more than I was quoted. He just simply wouldn't talk to me. Makes me think the hotel is in on this reservation desk scam! There was many people online saying they called this hotel but were sent to a third party company called reservationdesk. BEWARE YOU DONT WANT TO STAY HERE!
