    Very nice hotel, surprisingly nice for a small town like Wainright. We were very impressed, reception in the hotel lobby was fantastic.

    Reception staff is so welcoming and friendly! Very clean rooms. Pool area just reopened from renovations, nice and clean. Good hot breakfast included, lots of variety and fruit kabobs cut into cute shapes, nice touch đź‘Ť Would definitely stay here again!

    We recently had the pleasure of staying at Best Western- Wainwright, Alberta, and we can’t say enough about the exceptional experience we had! From the moment we arrived, the staff's hospitality shone through especially FELY and MARIELLE. Both of them were incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect. Their customer service skills are truly outstanding—always warm and welcoming, they made us feel right at home. No request was too much trouble, and they were always available to offer recommendations and assistance with a smile. What really stood out was their accommodating nature; they genuinely cared about making our experience as enjoyable as possible. Whether it was helping with special requests or answering our questions, they were both approachable and attentive. Thank you, FELY and MARIELLE, for an unforgettable stay!
