The new room had issues too...carpet wet. Then owner, said will do financially something for you. Next few days, breakfast counter did not full properly and only 1 staff to help. She was looking after reception, serving food and removing garbage in between with same gloves. Other people were so upset and kept complaining non stop. Felt bad for that employee.

(Usually a hang tag - but this one didn't have one). Staff was nice. Beds were comfortable. But this hotel wouldnt be my top choice when I go back for another hockey tourney. They were super great with the kids tho. I'd give it a 2 🌟 if it wasnt for the staff.

They took us in and allowed us to hang out in their lobby most of the day making phone calls and arrangements. Meant the world to me. I will be back and recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.
