On our last trip, we had four rooms reserved, when we arrived, the hotel said they overbooked and could not accommodate the four rooms. Mistakes happen, which is fine we stayed elsewhere. However, the hotel CHARGED US IN FULL AND IS REFUSING TO GIVE US OUR MONEY BACK… We are filing a fraud dispute with the credit card company. STAY ELSEWHERE!!

Rooms are clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and there is breakfast for all and hot drinks served all day. There is also a pool with a hot tub and waterslide. I'll be back next time.
