- ACAnthony CDec 14, 20251.0Can the elevator do what it was actually designed to do? I'm on the first floor, and the elevator is on the the third floor. I push the up button, and the elevator stays at the third floor for several minutes before going to the forth floor, lingering for several minutes, then coming straight to the first floor. No one was in the elevator when the doors opened. So the elevator was not following any sequence at all. Make this make sense! If i had to choose between a 1 star hotel and a best western with a dysfunctional elevator, i would choose the 1 star hotel.
