  Poor communication by the receptionist at check in. This led to me being charged an exorbitant price for the first of my 2 nights here. The numbers she provided as costs for my stay were totally different from the charges I saw on my bank account. The experience overall was good but this has left a sour taste and may affect my future considerations because effective communication is critical and this was way below expectations.

  Very clean and friendly staff, nice hot tub and pool. Great choice for breakfast hot and cold. Nice walk way in the back for you to walk your pets

  Just had wrapped a visit , done for a medical appointment, the hotel is in a prime spot, just outside of the Capitol. Rooms were clean and tidy, there is a breakfast provided and the office staff were professional and on point. Has been a good to spot of overnight stays for many years

  Wonderful room, lovely stay! The rooms were comfy with an unbeatable shower! Appreciated the high quality Dove products with low waste packaging in the room. I enjoyed the gym, pool, and breakfast. Another lovely touch: the always available cold lemon water in the lobby.

  Stayed for 2 weeks and was a really nice stay while my heat was broken, until I was doing laundry and I over heard a worker saying something negative (I rather not repeat)about me outside the laundry room, while the other two workers laughed. I went straight to the front desk I told the manager and nothing was done after. Reporting what happened was the only time I talked to the manager and she was rude about it and said “who was it?” There were only 3 people in the room next to the laundry room! Not my issue to find out who it was, correct your employees. The man that hired workers told us “we wouldn’t hire someone that would say that?” So no one was friendly or nice. I packed up my family and moved hotels that day. I seen them talk and treat white people real nice but if you’re native they will treat you different. Paid a lot to stay there and I will never go there again.
