Got overcharged $100. Was just told now that it was for accidental stuff however they didn't tell me when they charged my credit card. Very annoying and not professional.

I’ve stayed at this hotel quite a few times, and every time is top notch. One particular front desk employee named Jeff always goes above and beyond. He is friendly, always smiling, and makes the experience so great. Highly recommend staying here.
To management at the hotel. This guy deserves a raise!

5 Star stay. Many Thanks to Sarah and the whole team. I liked the charger and the many regular 120V outlets which were a big help to cover the 270 km in freezing cold weather at -12 degree for my Tesla Model 3 SR to Edmonton
