The gym is one of the worst I’ve seen for a hotel. The hot tub is a lukewarm puddle. The breakfast looks like it would be good but it’s sub par. Rooms are kept clean. Cleaning staff seems to be good and check in is always fast. Not great for any long term stay / on the road shift work.

Stayed at the Holiday Inn in Slave Lake and had a great experience. The staff were welcoming and the atmosphere was comfortable. The rooms were quiet and clean, which made for a really restful stay. They also had dinner appreciation the night I stayed. I was pleasantly surprised — the chili and potatoes were fantastic! Warm, hearty, and exactly what you want after a day out.
A good spot to stay when passing through Slave Lake, with friendly service, comfortable rooms, and a meal worth mentioning
