    If you do not care what room you get this hotel is ok. Reserving a room means nothing to them you get whatever they give. Staff are extremely ignorant.

    They have an amazing free breakfast, staff are friendly. This is one of the cleanest hotels I've stayed at!! Cat friendly, up to date rooms and decor. They have a bonus room outside for smokers, wish other hotels would have this option. My partner and our fur babies will be staying here every time we come to Edmonton. Perfect location for everything one would need. Everything is within a 5 minute drive, Costco, Walmart, SuperStore and more!!

    This hotel is outstanding, delivering exceptional service from start to finish. The rooms were spotless, and the beds and pillows were incredibly comfortable. Wi‑Fi access was seamless, and the pool and hot tub were exactly what we needed. We also loved the hotel’s thoughtful layout, which offered plenty of space for our group to gather and relax. Another highlight was the convenient access to Highways 21 and 14, as well as nearby shopping. The attached restaurant, Polos, is a true hidden gem—great service, delicious food, reasonable prices, and the added bonus of not having to leave the hotel. A special thank‑you to Melody, CJ, Dennis, and the entire team for their exceptional efforts. We will absolutely return the next time we’re in Sherwood Park. Highly recommended.
