    Mixed reviews on this place. Hotels is very clean, staff are friendly, pool facility is clean and nice, and breakfast was very good for an included breakfast. Couple of downfalls. The “suite” we stayed in was very tiny. The front room/living room was very tiny, and very poorly light- felt like a prison. There is no real entry way into the room, the entry door is directly off the living room and feels like you have limited privacy cause you’re sitting right next to the hall way. The pool is “open from 6a to 10p” we were told, but it was closed for at least an hour at 8am for “maintenance” both mornings we were there. This makes it difficult when we have kids that wake up early, and are ready to swim after breakfast. Maybe the cleaning/maintenance could be done when the pool is closed?

    Overnight stay. Room was comfortable and very quiet. Didn't hear traffic or other guest noise. Good water pressure. Lots of options for breakfast

    We stay here 15 to 25 nights per year. Always welcomed back by name and treated so well. Great breakfast as well.

    I really enjoyed my stay at Best Western Sherwood Park. The room was very clean, the staff was very welcoming and the breakfast was very good. Soundproofing was also pretty good.
