  The breakfast room was excellent. Clean and well serviced. One staff member, Yaritza, was outstanding - welcoming and helpful.

  Stayed for one night. No hot water in the morning. They were aware and could only apologize. Then they offered me points, but I don’t collect points. These two things do nothing for me. I get you are sorry but I forked out 150+. I should at the very least have hot water or something that makes sense for compensation be offered. Apologies don’t help and points don’t help. How about a discount for next visit ? Probably not somewhere I would stay again. 4 points took care of me much better but I was too late booking that place unfortunately. Response to owner/establishment: Are you kidding ? You want me to post my personal information in a google review? At the very least, provide or create and email reply system that nearly every other business has. This is very amateur for a hotel like Best Western. Reduced to one star for this expectation.

  I was here for a conference room meeting..staff seemed friendly. Nice and clean spot.

  Service only applies to the maintenance guy. An older guy. Was so rude! Almost got into a fight with a guy over a plastic bottle of water. Demanding he remove it at once! He was scary actually. Seemed unhinged. Then he proceeded to yell at some kids squirting water on the roof! He yelled so loud it scared everyone in the pool area. The guy needs to be removed. He was so toxic to the guests - I’ve never encountered that before. The ladies at the front desk were awesome as always. Room was immaculate. Bed was so comfortable! Everything worked well. The pool was the next big issue. It was so cold. I couldn’t go in past my knees. Some people in the hot tub warned me it was cold. They were right. This was the third time we were met with an ice cold pool! If you have an amenity like a swimming pool, the water temperature should be such that people can actually get in and enjoy it. I spoke to front desk and not long after, that grumpy maintenance guy came by. But the water was so cold it wouldn’t be up to swimable temperatures until the next day. This is a deal breaker for me. There are other warmer swimming pools around. You need to address those two things or you will lose guests to other hotels.

  Stayed here a few times. The pool is fun for kids even without a waterslide. The continental breakfast beats its competition which is a plus. We inherited a room that smelle of cigarettes on our second stay and the elavator smelled of something horrendous as well, so housekeeping is a miss that might prevent further bookings
