- DCDaniela Contreras2 days ago1.0I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude, racist and unprofessional during my stay. What was even more concerning was the way I was treated — the attitude and comments directed toward me felt discriminatory and inappropriate. Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome and respected, but that was not my experience here. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my interaction with management. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service and ensuring respectful treatment for all guests. I would not choose to stay here again based on this experience I wouldn't actually give it any stars, I'm only doing it because it's necessary to post it
- FCFrida De La CruzFeb 16, 20265.0We stayed for family day weekend. This hotel feels much like home, employees from all walks of life creating a welcoming environment. The room was well stocked with everything you might need or forgot. Reception accomodated our big family to eat breakfast together in their conference room. We really appreciated the gesture. Breakfast was always quickly restocked. Opportunity for improvement would be the variety at breakfast. We stayed two nights and both times it was the same breakfast the only difference was one morning they served scrambled eggs and the next one was egg bites. The pool and hot tub were quite small. We were a family of 8 adults and 6 toddlers and we practically took up all the space. So it felt really crowded swimming. Overall we enjoyed our stay and recommend it.

Anshita at the reception was extremely helpful and welcoming, which made our stay even better. The breakfast was nice and well organized. Overall, it was a happy and comfortable stay. Highly recommend this hotel.
