  Clean and tidy hotel. Decent breakfast options. Location isn't too bad, with a short driving or walking distance from most things in town. Tim Hortons and Boston Pizza are right there as neighbors.

  For a small-town hotel, it's excellent! I was initially unimpressed because I'm used to modern hotels with high-tech amenities in big cities but I took a step back to appreciate this hotel and their staff fora job well done.

  Booked a hotel in January through the hotels app, I received a call from Best Western on January 17th that they cancelled our reservation. Asked to speak to a manager multiple times. To be told a manager is not available, not on site or would call me back. Never received a call back Confirmed twice with best western front desk staff, that our reservation was canceled. Find out night of that the hotel is still active. And they did not cancel, and are charging me for a room that I was told I no longer had.

  The best thing about this place is the location. When you are in the middle of nowhere in Alberta, you don't care about fancy hotels and service. You want the nice view, a quiet place to sleep, convenience and the ability to head out and enjoy some outdoor time. That is exactly what we got. We stayed here for a weekend while exploring the mountains and it was perfect. Everything went smooth. The view from our room was breathtaking!

  I had a very disappointing experience at this hotel. Unfortunately, the manager was extremely rude, racist and unprofessional during my stay. What was even more concerning was the way I was treated — the attitude and comments directed toward me felt discriminatory and inappropriate. Hospitality should be about making guests feel welcome and respected, but that was not my experience here. Instead, I felt uncomfortable and unwelcome throughout my interaction with management. I hope the hotel takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their customer service and ensuring respectful treatment for all guests. I would not choose to stay here again based on this experience I wouldn't actually give it any stars, I'm only doing it because it's necessary to post it
