- JYJames YangOct 31, 20255.0Great hotel for the price, especially if you are traveling with family. The rooms are nice and comes with a fridge, microwave, mini stove, sink, plates and utensils. The room i had was nice and clean. The bathroom is on the smaller side but functional with a standing glass door shower. The hotel also comes with free hot breakfast with pretty decent selections. The gym opens 24 hours with a few treadmills and some free weights, while its not the best, but it will do just fine while on the road. If you are traveling to Red Deer and need an accommodation, I recommend giving Staybridge a try.

Amazing service from all staff, very clean room, kids loved the pool and slide, and great breakfast buffet! But the cherry on top was the service from the Supervisor, Justin. We had an issue with a third party booking website and they were being very difficult to deal with. Justin went out of his way to contact them and receive many phone calls and emails from them. Often the employees from the third party booking were also rude to Justin but he was persistent in resolving the issue with them and he did resolve it for us! And he followed up later to ensure I was happy and the issue was fully resolved! Can't say enough good things about Justin and we will be staying here every time we are in the area which is yearly. Thank you Justin we truly appreciate and respect your hard work!! The hotel should be very grateful to have such an employee. Give the guy a raise!
