I'm sure it's not the hotel manager fault but it was a big team event and had to change places very late with zero help sure we got our money back but it was just an o well and see ya. While the second room was slightly better, the smell was still noticeable, and we both woke up with headaches. The building itself is very old, and although the staff kept things as clean as possible, the age really shows—low toilets, dated fixtures, and overall a space that’s in need of a renovation. The pillows were uncomfortable, the noise level was high throughout the night (needed ear plugs), and we ended up sleeping poorly. Even the included breakfast, which we had hoped would redeem the stay a bit, was unfortunately below average. Based on this experience, we wouldn’t stay here again.
