Won’t stay here again. The breakfast is below average and slow to restock. The pool needs a work, the hot tub was disgusting and they never had enough towels restocked. Do not leave anything behind when you check out, because they will ‘not be able to find it’ later.

We stayed at the Hampton Inn at the end of November while attending an event in Red Deer. Booking was simple, and their sales manager was absolutely lovely to work with. In fact, every staff member we interacted with was friendly and helpful. The hotel itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained — no complaints there.
However, I didn’t fully consider what staying in Gasoline Alley would mean. Every morning at 5:30 a.m., the rig hands start their trucks and let them run for about 30 minutes. Even on the second floor, we could hear them, feel the vibrations, and practically taste the fumes. It was impossible to sleep through.
If you’re planning to be up early, this might not be an issue. But if you value sleeping past 5:30 a.m., I wouldn’t recommend this location.
