  I travel a lot for work. The service here has been unbelievably refreshing The lady that cooked me breakfast her name is Najma Was super nice and cook an unbelievable omelet. I would definitely recommend staying here if you’re ever in good olds Alberta. lol I love the name.

  Staff was very friendly. They had a good breakfast rooms were clean. I enjoyed my stay. I stayed there for three months.

  This is our third stay for kids hockey tournement and I would not stay anywhere else at this point. It comes down to the service here, this is a large chain hotel but is being run like a bed and breakfast because of the staff. They are paying attention, accomodating, and caring about all of their guests. I have travelled the world, stayed in hundreds of different hotels, and have never experienced anything like this in a hotel. 5 stars! They will reimburse you the cost of going to the town pool as well. Thank you staff for what you do!

  Checked in to the hotel last night as I got stuck travelling in a snowstorm on my way to Edmonton. When I checked in there was a transient looking male with no shoes on in the lobby with two dogs without leashes. Went down for breakfast same male sitting on the couch no shoes with the dogs no leashes, speaking with hotel staff who was also sitting on the couch. The male was giving some type of spiritual rapture loudly to the staff. The entire experience felt super unsafe and uncomfortable. They allowed a school bus to park horizontally in front of the hotel. When I arrived had to park a far distance and carry my suit case across large mounts of snow as the sidewalk was not shovelled. My room key didn't work, had to be assigned an additional room. The additional room had a broken running toilet. If your travelling alone as a women and prioritize safety, stay somewhere else.
