  Good well maintained hotel. Special thanks to front desk stuff Mani. The only issue was the construction in the restaurant. We had to have breakfast at the lobby

  Worst experience at a best western hotel. Not enough towels in bedroom, not enough bedding for pullout sofa bed, breakfast area under renovations and is pretty sad continental breakfast. Yet they are still charging full price!!

  We stayed for one night in September on our road trip. The check in was brutal, there was one person ahead of me and they took 15 min to resolve their issues Then it was my turn and as I got to the counter he answered the phone ahead of me and was on the phone for another 10-15 minutes helping another customer He never apologized once or acknowledged me There was no other customer service staff The one positive was the breakfast that was included was the best We really enjoyed it.

  Having stayed here previously, had no reservation in booking, however on day of check-in I recieved a text saying breakfast room was closed. This should be advised at time of booking, so i can make a choice as breakfast was important to me. Breakfast was awful, a soggy burrito with greasy sausage. Coffee was also lukewarm. At checkout I complained and was basically told to pound sand, from a woman with long black hair and glasses, who seemed like she couldn't care less, as she refused to do anything about it. Most likely won't book here again, from the poor service and inability to deal with or rectify my complaint from reception.

  We stay at this BW quite regularly, but it has gone down hill so much we wont be back. Currently Jan/2026 we have been here for 3 days, the front sliding door has been broken the entire time so guests have to force it open to enter. There has not been any snow removal out side since we arrived. The kitchen is shut down so the breakfast which this location is usually pretty cheap on anyways is even cheaper. In a room for 2 people we have 1 bath towel, no clock, no pen and paper. There is also a very loud motor sound from the hallway ceiling just outside our room. While trying to discuss this downward trend with a hotel staff member she just smirked. This was the same staff woman that was running and playing some kind of game with kids as they screamed through the hall. It should be called "Harry's Motor Lodge" as it does not deserve the name Best Western.
