  The hotel is very nice. Great swimming pool and hot tub. We didnt have a chance to eat at the restaurant. My only complaint is I was having a shower and the water wouldn't get hot enough for me. Other than that it was a great stay.

  I had a wonderful experience at this hotel, largely thanks to Harleen at the front desk (I think that’s her name) She was exceptionally friendly and approachable, handling my three reservations with ease. I appreciated her informing me that my request for extra pillows was already taken care of in my room. The check-in process was smooth, and I found both the room and bathroom to be impeccably clean. Despite it being a busy weekend, my stay was comfortable and surprisingly quiet. The breakfast area can get quite busy around 8 AM, but I was pleased to find that the food was always well stocked. Kudos to the amazing staff for making my stay so enjoyable!

  I had a wonderful and excellent stay at this hotel. A shout-out to Jerilee, who was fantastic, super attentive and kind, exceeding expectations without a doubt! The room was well maintained and the amenities were great. Everything was thoughtfully arranged to make the stay relaxing and no stress. The cleaning staff was also incredible, always promptly attending to our requests! The hotel's main attraction is the water slide for children. The pool was in great condition, sometimes lacking towels, probably due to high demand, but we simply requested a replacement and were promptly assisted by the guy, who was also very cordial. On the first night, I was startled by the unexpected noise of the train. Perhaps, as a suggestion for improvement, they could put a small notice near the earplugs about this and recommend their use. Initially, it seemed like someone had left that item in the room. The Breakfast is well-served; during the week it seems better than on weekends, but it's ok!

  Had a delightful stay here after our flight was delayed. Joanna the desk clerk was really helpful and sorted us a lovely room and the breakfast in the morning was great.

  Free Hot breakfast is great! Clean rooms that are well designed. The entire staff is helpful, polite and amazing. Great Value overall for the price.
