- EMEmilyJane M3 days ago2.0Only stayed one night. Matress was horrible to the point my daughter kept rolling off. Walls in bathroom were moldy from what im assuming the fan not working, walls in the bedroom were bubbling and peeling. Carpet was filthy.

- JSJesse SchwartzDec 29, 20251.0Booked online through a 3rd party for 2 nights. When arrive they asked for a deposit completely fine. They wouldn't except cash, debit or digital/online visa for it. Need a physical copy. Fine again but since all our cards are digital they refused us our room. Wouldn't refund us. Was told it's to late to cancel may not be getting a refund. Was told to call tomorrow to talk to the manager. When we called the person that answered wouldn't allow me to talk to the manager. Had a big run around. Eventually they transfered the funds to the 3rd party and to call them for a refund. When I did the 3rd party told me how lucky I was to get a refund since the hotel claimed that we never showed up. Which I most definitely did! We've stayed at many hotels and never once have had this issue.
