  Unfortunately, not the best experience. Check-in was quick and easy. But when I stepped in the elevator, it smelled strongly ammonia. Got to my room and it was just dingy. Walls were a little stained, lights were different outputs of colour, the desk lamp didn’t work. It was clean overall, minus some garbage that was left on the floor in the bathroom. Everything seemed outdated and its like they just slapped paint overtop of the old colors. Breakfast was good, could use real cutlery instead of wooden throw away ones. This place is fine for a one night stay but not a place that I would spend a lot of time in.

  We got the jaccuzi suite and upon arriving were very satisfied with the spacious suite, large jaccuzi and great jets. Breakfast had lots of options and for the first time gluten free options, stevia and a ton of other breakfast options.

  Very affordable for a great room. We stayed in the honeymoon sweet with the Jacuzzi tub. They made and exception and allowed us to bring our dog even though they don't typically allow dogs on this floor. The Jacuzzi was really nice and stayed warm for 3 hours! Very roomy for us. The room was spacious and well kept. I'd give the room condition a 4.5/5 as there was some minor stuff but to be expected for a 20 year old hotel. The service was great, check-in was quick and went smoothly. The morning breakfast had way more options than I had expected including gluten free options which was a pleasant surprise for my girlfriend. We will definitely be coming back.

  Rooms were clean and everything was nice. I just found the lobby music very loud as I could hear it from inside my room all the way until midnight.

  Our bathroom floor was not washed when we checked in(as seen in the shared photos) I went to the front counter to notify the staff of the unacceptable standards of the bathroom. The only two options they gave me is to move from a double queen to a single king which didn’t work for the size of our party. The second option was to wait for morning and have house keeping come clean it. After a hour of trying to deal with this we gave up as my daughter was there for a competition the next morning and she needed to get to sleep. In the morning I went back to the desk to discuss situation and showed the video to the new staff. She was disturbed and disgusted. She said her supervisor wasn’t in and that She would call once she spoke with her. No call. Very frustrating to have such poor customer service.
