  The more hotels I stay in the more I appreciate the great ones like the Best Western in Medicine Hat. Super friendly and prompt service to go along with super comfy beds and clean spaces! Very quiet rooms as well.

  The ladies at the front desk were extremely easy to get along with, very friendly. Clean hotel. I appreciate the service with the month I've been having. Please keep up the positive attitude, always remember it's appreciated even if it's not made clear in the moment

  Stayed in a room with two queens and pull out for our family of 5 and it was a great a room. Breakfast was fantastic, lots of options. The pool was fantastic, kids loved the waterslide. The stream room was very nice to have and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Service was great and very friendly staff

  Stayed here in March 2026 when we noticed the highway east wasn't recommended for travel. It was a last minute decision and we booked directly on the website so the prices were a bit higher. It's a really nice new hotel. We stayed in the jacuzzi suite. It was a neat 2 seater and was quite relaxing after a long day of traveling. The full kitchen was a nice addition. The living area was nice that it had a table, couch, and coffee table, but the jacuzzi is right next to the table 😆. One bizarre thing is the TV was not a smart TV and also wouldn't allow screensharing 🤔. A bit odd for a newer hotel to have a TV that can't connect to Netflix. The bed was pretty comfortable. Since the hotel is right by the highway there's quite a bit of road noise, but the highway traffic slows down after dark, which helped. The breakfast was quite good. As a Celiac, I was impressed by the gluten free muffins, gluten free bread, gluten free granola, and a separate toaster. It would be nice if they marked the rest of the meal options (bacon, sausage, etc) with allergens. The service was good, though our room key didn't work at first and we had to go back to check in to enter our room. The hotel is near a bunch of other hotels, restaurants, and stores which is super convenient.
